Five pages for the 100th day of school, each showing 100 a different way. On page 1 ten full ten frames hold ten of a different picture each; students count by tens and write the total under each frame, 10, 20, 30 and on to 100 (the first is done). Page 2 is a 100 chart with the tens column and two rows left blank to fill in. Page 3 is a 100 snack mix: each row has more than ten of one snack, and students circle ten of each, then write how many snacks are in the mix. Page 4 has bundles of 10 craft sticks to count by tens. On page 5 students draw 10 dots in each of ten boxes and write the running total under each box.
Use the pages on the 100th day itself, or across the week before it. Count by tens out loud as a class, pointing to each frame, bundle or box. Make the snack mix for real: ten bowls of ten pieces poured into one big bowl. Bundle 100 craft sticks with rubber bands and leave them out to count again. The 100 chart works well with a class chart on the wall to check against.
Hunt for 100 at home: 100 pennies, 100 pieces of pasta or 100 steps. Make ten piles of ten, count them by tens together, then count them all by ones and see that it comes to 100 both ways.

Celebrating the 100th day of school by showing 100 in many ways: ten frames, a 100 chart, a snack mix, bundles of sticks and dots. Students count by tens to 100, fill in a 100 chart, count out ten of each snack and draw 100 dots in groups of ten.
