Five coordinate grid templates. Page 1 is one large first-quadrant grid numbered 0 to 10 on both axes, the size for a first lesson on ordered pairs. Page 2 runs 0 to 20 with a darker line every 5. Page 3 has four 0 to 10 grids, handy for four short tasks or four partners. Page 4 is a full coordinate plane from -10 to 10 in all four quadrants, and page 5 has four small four-quadrant grids from -6 to 6.
On page 1, call out ordered pairs and have students plot and connect them to make a picture, or play coordinate battleship with two copies of page 3. Use page 2 to graph two number patterns from a table, such as add 2 and add 4, and compare the lines they make (5.OA.B.3).
Hide a treasure on a grid: one person picks a point and the other guesses ordered pairs, hearing "warmer" or "colder" until they find it.

Five pages of printable coordinate grid paper: a large first-quadrant grid from 0 to 10, a first-quadrant grid from 0 to 20, four smaller 0 to 10 grids on one page, a four-quadrant coordinate plane from -10 to 10, and four small four-quadrant grids from -6 to 6. Every grid has numbered x and y axes with arrows, ready for plotting points, drawing shapes and graphing patterns.
