About these worksheets

Free Reggio-inspired math activities for early learning: loose parts number and shape mats, many ways to show a number, nature patterns, mirror symmetry, an outdoor math hunt, I notice and I wonder pages, provocation cards for a math table and graphs of the class's own questions. They are open-ended on purpose: children build with pebbles, shells and leaves, show their thinking in their own ways and talk about what they notice, and the Loose Parts Table tool brings the same play to a screen. These are Reggio-inspired materials made by Animal Math, which is not affiliated with Reggio Children or the schools of Reggio Emilia. Every pack is free to download.
